Abaqus error message

Respected users, I am facing two errors continuously ""too many attempts needed to complete this step and the ""increment required is less than the minimum specified"". When I adjust anyone of the two the two alternative erros comes again and again.

[FEA way]

Those are typical non-convergence errors, changing those numbers almost never helps. You have to find a cause of convergence issues. It can be contact, material behavior or other phenomena, it's impossible to say without examining the model.
