Hi Everybody,

I have to assign movement to two different parts and both of them should be controlled by VDISP.

I can write the VDISP for each of them (and they both works...separately) but I am not able to control them at the same time.
I tried to use CBNAME to indicate the name of the boundary condition I want to control, but it doesn't seem working (probably I'm using it wrong).

Thank you to whoever will provide help!

Hello bugifa

Did you get your issue solved? I have the same question on control two different parts using VDISP. also may I ask do you know how to save the original coordinates in VDISP? not the current coordinates. Thanks so much.

Best
Lee

Sorry, I haven't still found a way to handle the two parts....

Thanks bugifa, then may I ask how can I save the original coordinates of the nodes in the VDISP?

Best
