Respected ABAQUS Users, is there any option to pause the running job in ABAQUS and then proceed from where it was left?

Not exactly but you can continue an analysis that was stopped for whatever reason if you save proper data beforehand. It's called restart. Check the documentation chapter Analysis --> Analysis Techniques --> Analysis Continuation Techniques --> Restarting an Analysis.
