Abaqus python script code to extract coordinates (coord ) with all the stress in all frames.

Hallo everyone,
I would like to draw the 3d diagram by extracting the all coordinates of the surface and their corresponding stresses and plotting them by using abaqus python script. Is that any python code that i could use to read the odb file and to extract the above information for plotting the curvr for all planes. Please help me in this regard.
