Hi,

I´m having problem finalizing my Abaqus analysis. I get the following error message.

The executable standard.exe aborted with system error code 529697949. Please check the .dat, .msg, and .sta files for error messages if the files exist. If there are no error messages and you cannot resolve the problem, please run the command "abaqus job=support information=support" to report and save your system information. Use the same command to run Abaqus that you used when the problem occurred. Please contact your local Abaqus support office and send them the input file, the file support.log which you just created, the executable name, and the error code.

I have searched on different forums and some solved this with changing the working directory but this doesn't work for me. I have also tried getting rid of special characters such as @#$%^& _<>/ . in the folder name. I have also decreased the mech size.

Does someone have a special trick to solve my problem?

Kind regards

Axel

Did you check these files (dat, msg, sta) ? They may contain additional error/warning messages indicating the actual reason of the problem.

Should these file be in the working directory? If so then I don´t have them.

Yes, they should be saved in the work directory. Special or non-Latin characters might be the reason of this error, even when they are used in the name of your computer/user. Try running some other (exemplary) analysis. For example something from documentation examples.
