Abaqus Scripting, KeyError - Datum Plane, Datum Axis - Parametric Modelling

Working in the abaqus script to do a parametric modelling. Abaqus uses some reference numbers for datum plane, axis that are created in the modelling. When I used the journal file to create the required script, it ended up in KeyError. Any suggestions on how to generalise that using any other keywords. I am very new to this abaqus scripting, I referred abaqus documentation and found somecommands like findAt, but it is also not working in my case.
