Abaqus step file import error 1

Hey, I'm having trouble importing a step file into Abaqus 6.14-5,
the error says that the .STEP file may be corrupt.

It's funny that the same STEP file can be imported on another computer's Abaqus(2021, 6.14-5) without any issues.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Hi, thanks for the reply.

Actually, I saw this post before posting this thread and tried it as it was, but failed because the InteropPkg.zip file didn't exist in the simulia folder)

And you can't update to a newer version of Abaqus ? A few bugs like this were fixed. Some were caused by non-English OS locale or non-English characters in the user account name.
