I was hoping that somebody have the software on a PC or CD willing to share it...

Meantime, I learned CAP 316 is included on installation disk of ABB SMS 510 software (product ID: 1MRS151015 ).
I initiated request to ABB. Hope they will find it somewhere in their library...
