Abnormal Failures on Seawater Bernoulli Filters

In regular Operation Sea water Bernoulli filters (Refer to the attached document), the cylinder operation was not smooth and got stuck while forwarding after 25 mm of travel. All the instrumentation system is working fine without any issues during both loaded and unloaded condition.

As a question of doubt, we had replaced all internals to other operating filter and found success operation.

any static equipment engineer who can give us expert advise on the similar case.
