I was trying to get some understanding about the bearing pads and the maintenance. Can anyone help me to fine some introduction materials of the major ways of bearing pads replacement? Thank you very much.

By the way, I read something about a kind of inflatable airbag used for jacking the bridge in replacement of the rubber bearing pads. Anyone heard something about it?
