about iterative process in abaqus

Dear all
I have a question about my trying by Abaqus.
I want to load a surface by pressure and extract stresses and displacements of whole model. then i must have a iterative process that import displacements and stresses from previous iteration (stresses as pre-stresses in new iteration).
I don't know how i can do this process.
please help me

Why not just add another step in the analysis?

I did it but it take a long time. because i should these iteration till displacements will be near zero.
i want to know is there any easier way?
