About NX10 Routing Electrical Component Navigator

Hello Sir:
I used nx10 routing electrical module when I want to Import electrical data into a part.The help menu said "Inside the Electrical Component Navigator, right-click and choose Properties" but I do this there are no any response. Anybody know what happend.
