Hello,

I am looking to learn more about the ceroxydes in steel casting parts.

If any one have a good summary or a good link ?

Ceroxides are inclusions found in steel castings. This could result due to poor molding system,gating and risering techniques or from refractories in ladle.

AFS has a number of research papers which you might look under Macro and micro inclusions.

Flinn,Bates,are some of the researchers I can readily recall.

Chocolates,men,coffee: are somethings liked better rich!!
