Does anyone know of any good references for the design of above ground rectangular steel tanks? I am mainly looking for wall thickness and reinforcement calculations for the walls of the tank.

"Design of Weldments" Omer W. Blodgett, The James F. Lincoln Arc Welding Foundation, Cleveland, Ohio (mine was eighth printing 1976) has some basics on rectangular tank design in Section 4.6.

This is very practical reference book for metal fabrication.
