We have a 16JB68. The machine has low performance, chilled water temperature does not go down 10 degrees celsius and the concentration in the absorber increases rapidly. We have to dilute with cycle guard to prevent crystallization.
The machine was installed in 1992 and the solution was analyzed and corrected for the last time in 2001. Now a new analysis was done and gave the following
Alkalinity in LiOH 0.069
Iron dissolved 27 mg / l
Copper dissolved 12 mg / l
Iron suspension 232 mg / L
Copper in suspension 27 mg / L
262 ppm Lithium chromate
After the analysis, we added 2.5 liters of lithium chromate (Original Carrier) but no changes were noted
We control the internal pressure with an absolute pressure sensor and kept reading in 48 hours (Apparently no air leaks)
Nor is there any loss of water in the exchangers, and that does not increase the level of refrigerant in the evaporator
We noticed high temperature in the overflow tube of the generator without solution crystalization. Is it possible that the spraying nozzles are clogged?
Please help me solve this problem.
Thank you very much

IS the Vapor absorption Machine steam fired? What is the steam quality if it is superheated instead of saturated steam.
Looks like you have superheated steam which may be the cause for increasing concentration in the absorber coupled with the condenser tubes may also be fouled.

The machine is heated with oil terminologies 55 (150 degrees Celsius). The condenser tubes were inspected and freed.
Also notice that the vacuum pump sucks lithium bromide
sometimes cool the carcass on the side of the absorber. Enfrarse Start in the center and then toward the ends.
Thanks
