This right click snap override with Ctrl use to work on my machine - now it doesn't - is there a variable which needs adjusting?.

Could you mean "shift-right click"?

Maybe it is shift but it doesn't work either - its the snap between two points which I used loads before which I really miss, but I get nothing.

Everything in options is set to short cut menu on right click but there isnt anything which represents control for shift and right click.

seansweeney,

do You have the snap-pulldown in the menubar? If yes, delete it.

I presume you mean the flyout - If so then unfortunately it wasnt that as I didnt have it on the menu. Can you explain why that might make a difference?

No,
I mean the menu in the menubar (File-Edit-View-...-Osnap-...)
I read, that it is not possible in Acad, to have the osnapmenu and the ctrl-right-click-option at one time.
