ACI 350

The ACI 350 Code which deals with min shear reinforcement. It is section 11.5.5.1. This section gives requirements for using half of the allowable shear. Does this provision apply to below grade walls resisting soil loads as well as walls resisting liquid loads or is this just meant for beams.

This is just for beams, not slabs, walls or joists. I believe the code says where it doesn't apply.
