If you don't mind paying, JAE has good advice.
If you want a free copy, go to the local engineering library or borrow one from a buddy. ACI isn't real good at making their codes available for free.

It is printed and distributed by ACI because they are heavy into that area and the other organizations were not interested in doing that.

If you are a member (reasonable cost), you get a substadiscount on all ACI documents. - Not quite as good as ASTM, where there are individual memberships that entitles the member to one volume.
