is there calculation for ackerman steering angle with wheel allignment modification?

Yes, but unless you are running crazy amounts of toe the differences are not significant in an engineering sense, since you probably don't know what your ideal Ackerman is. Near zero steer the toe affects the %Ackerman a lot.

So it really depends on what you want it for. The best discussion of ackerman and turning circle I've seen is is Reimpell and Stoll.

My understanding is that if you don't do any physical modifications to the suspension and steering system, then adjusting the alignment doesn't appreciably affect the Ackermann.

For example, adjusting the camber or toe doesn't affect the Ackermann, but bending the idler arm does.
 
You are talking about Ackerman at or near full lock, that is not its only use. Until the OP clarifies what he actually wants then I'm going to leave it there.
