Can someone suggest a good actuator store, where I can buy 12v actuators like this [URL unfurl="true"]http://www.progressiveautomations.com/linear-actuators[/url] or [URL unfurl="true"]http://uk.farnell.com/solenoids-linear[/url] I need about 12-15, it's too expensive for me, I agree even on shipping

Do you want a 12V linear screw actuator or a 12V solenoid? The prices shown on the first website seem reasonable for a small qty of screw actuators, and I don't think you'll find much better prices for new hardware. If you're not particular about the stroke/force characteristics try e-bay or a surplus outfit like this.
