AD 2000 CODE CYLINDER FORMULA under inner pressure?

It is the latest version for AD 2000-Merkblatt B 1, 10.2000 edition.
BUT， I have a question that the times 20 or 40 in these formulas is right or not.
Is there any amendment for this?

The formulas are OK. Remember the design pressure "p" in the AD Merkblatt is in bar and not in MPa
