Hi I should prepare aN NBR compound that has good resistance in Adblue. Unfortunateely my first steps gave me very bad results. I do not know how to continue. Can somebody help?

I had to google to figure out what AdBlue is. Apparently, it's a solution of about 37% urea in distilled water.

As with any water-soluble salt solution, you will probably have better luck with a straight epdm rubber. If it "has to be" nitrile rubber, you might have success using a formulation with an absolute minimum of acrylonitrile relative to butadiene.

Thank you for repling. Unfortunately it has to be NBR. The compound has difficult reguirements. Wich ACN can be be the optimum to get urea solution resistance and hold ASTM3 too. I tried first NBR with 32ACN (changed +13Sha) content than with 28 (changeed +10 ShA)but I still has the results two times as required (max +5ShA).
