Add Date-Time Stamp on Drawing Macro

Hello.

Could you help to make the following macro:
I have no any PDM tools so I have to convert to PDF my drawings each time.
I've seen macros that add a stamp with the save date when saving to PDF.
Is it possible to do something like that? Or, for example, add updated text to the drawing. I found only two macros, but I can not understand them.
Need a format like this: hh-mm, dd-mm-yyy.

Also there is a script which generates Time Stamp for folder name.
