Add Subtract Macro

I have numbered callouts that are incremental in Microstation V8i. I need a macro that will allow me to renumber if I delete a section in the middle. Does a have any ideas?

JeffB1618, not easy to do accomplish programmatically. Are you familiar with using Text Fields and the new section callouts? Are your callouts cells with text?
