Adding Drilling Operation with VB6

I've been able to use the Tip function with multiple points, but the points get out of sequence from the way they were put in (ranking).
I was wondering if anyone had been able to use the Drilling manufacturing activity with VB6.
Insert it into a Process file and add points to it.
