I need to bond ABS plastic to an extruded aluminum pole (6063-T6). The plastic parts are either a plug or a collar, both with .007-.015 clearance per side.

I'm having trouble finding something that gives a good bond to the ABS, nothing really chemically bonds to it that I've tried. The second part to this is that eventually the adhesive will need to be sourced/bought in China. I think that leaves 3M, etc., out but if I know what works in the US I will know what I need to look for in China.

Looking for suggestions. Thanks.

West systems G flex epoxy.

One of the 3m epoxies will work, and I'd think an acrylic based adhesive should too.

Currently trying 3M. I'm finding that surface prep of the ABS may be critical for anything to work (may have been the issue all along). I have some parts curing at the moment that I flame treated prior.

Not even JB weld chemically bonded to the ABS (not prepped).

Well, you have to at least try to get the mold release off the ABS.

There are many adhesives that can perfectly bond ABS plastic. You can use the "plastic welder", "airplane glue", and just a while ago, I've learned that you can also melt an ABS plastic and use it as an adhesive to other ABS plastic.
