Hello, I am doing a project with Neodymium magnets and I am not sure what kind of adhesive to use to hold the magnets in place. One magnet is fixed to a type of board and has a thin layer of fabric over it. The other magnet is fully exposed, attached to the item that will be magnetized to the board. It is necessary to have magnets on both ends due to the force/weight involved. The magnets are 0.5 by 0.0625 inches, grade N48, pull force of 3.54 lbs. What is the best adhesive for me to use so that when I pull the removable element off the board, the magnet doesn't simply break off and stay connected with the other magnet?
Thank you!

I always preferred a single component B-staged epoxy.
They have to stored in refrigeration and they must be heat cured, but there is no mixing or pot life issues.
The surfaces will need to be very clean, no residues or debris.
