Dec 3, 2002 #3 Glueguy Materials Dec 3, 2002 34 To bond the neoprene to rubber foam, I would suggest a polychloroprene. They are manufactured by all of the big adhesive companies and are usually solvent based. Several others will work if solvent is not an option. Expect $12 - $15/ gallon.
