Administrative image questions

The problem I'm having is that when I run the administrative upgrade via the html file it installs sw2007 fine with all of the options in the ini file, but then as soon as it is done installing it wants to remove sw2006 from the machine unless I cancel out of it.

Here is my .ini file below privatized for obvious reasons:

I do not understand the problem.
I also can not read the rest of "But then as soon as it is done ...".

The only difference I see, aside from that bat files I run after install, is for SWSPUPGRADE. Mine is set to '1', and I didn't have the problems you had.
