Dont jump to conclusions! Pipelineflow may have his own reasons why he want to discuss with a specialists: May be looking for a consultant, want 2. opinions before buying etc etc. So dont shoot the guy untill you actually knows what the thing is about!
I guess you are right MortenA. Perhaps PipelineFlow would like to share with us the challenges. pipeline Flow has been silent since the OP but there could be a million reasons.
I have always found AFT to be extremely helpful on any maters whether it be before a sale or afterwards. There is of course a subscription for support but that is economic compared to the cost of not getting on woth your work.
By the way MortenA I have seen pirated Fathom in Asia but as usual any users would run the risk of not having the latest software and there is always the danger of bugs in any software resulting in errors in your work.
I will always report anyone who I find using dodgy software as it cheating those of us who pay for their software and their subscriptions for support. Cheaters' business costs are less than mine and thus they can undercut me. So I take it personally. It is like stealing from meand I come from an era in London where people had their heads nailed to pub floors for doing such things!!
