Normally in units of air change per hour.

Take your volumetric flow rate of you air x 60 (if in cubic feet per minute) divide by room volume.

For example 1,000 CFM in a 10,000 cubic foot room would be 6 ACH.

Edenriquz, looks like you are in dire need of a ventilation system. Contractors in the Philippines do the design for "Free" as long as they have the project or just include in your bid package that they include their design. I am not underestimation you but it needed more than just ventilation reqmt. honestly, you cant do it by yourself.
