I need a air compressor system for the above application.

Compressed Air requirement is about 1 million SCMD at 125 barg. Air is to be drawn from atmosphere at a max temperature of 45 deg C. Site is located in a tropical region.

Can someone please suggest the ideal type/configuration of the compressor system for the above application. Please also suggest possible vendors/OEMs.

Thanking you in advance..

Are you sure that it is a pressure of 125 barg (1813 psig) that you need ?

What is the quality of the air that you require ?..... Instrument Air quality ?

Hi,
Thanks for your interest.
Required pressure ( 125 barg ) is correct. This is not a instrument air application.
Compressed Air is required for in situ combustion.

Regards

Unless the batteries in my calculator need changing out , your compressor will require something like 20,000 HP. That would be an impressive facility. I suspect you need to refine your initial engineering

Have you investigated SAGD techniques? I haven't heard Insitu Combustion even discussed in the Canadian Insitu field for many years.
SAGD is everywhere, with suggestions of Steam being replaced by solvent.
Cenovus Energy, Insitu Recovery methods.
