Air flow on different temp of Air with same fan

Dear Sir
I have problem with the air flow with different temp at fix fan speed.I change the process that change the air flow temp by using the existing fan.I would like to know the cahnge in Nm3 of air flow due to find the effect ie. O2 etc
Please give me the suggestion and knowledge.Thank you for your kind.
