Does anyone have any reference or research literature for additional resistance factors for a specified corrosion allowance compatible with AISC design criteria?

ASME specifications have methods to handle a corrosion allowance. I have a structural specification and looking for a method other than computing new section properties at the reduced section. Requirement is for 1/32 allowance on all surfaces. Typically with ASME codes the concern is stress only, there is no reduction in stiffness of the structure in the calculations. I would like to handle similarly in performing the AISC calculations.

You are mixing your terms. Resistance factors are for strength related checks. Corrosion is a serviceability issue, so there are no resistance factors. Simply calculate the size required and increase the size by whatever you wish to allow for corrosion. The corrosion allowance is sacrificial as it is intended to wear away over time, so it should not be relied upon for strength.

Basically selecting a trial member size, then compute reduced section properties based on corrosion allowance, and then verify member meets design requirements based on the reduced section properties.
