hi everybody

I have no idea on how to solve this issue, I hope you can help me with this

here is the thing, I have the following part, when you open it, the part is in the space and is how I get the part,

what I need to do, is to align the center line with the x-axis, the Y pointing up and Z to the right.

I don't even know how I can start the macro.

thanks for your time and answers

Since this model is a 'dumb' solid and it's isolated, you can easily move it with Part constraints. (INSERT + Constraints + Constraint)

Add a coincidence constraint between the centerline and the x-axis. And add another coincidence between the end face and the YZ plane.

Rotate the model to get the Y and Z pointing like you want.

I have no idea how to do this with a macro.
