All features not available in more gallery

We just set up a new user with NX9. When we click on the more gallery he is only seeing a very limited number of features. When we use command finder the features are available but they are hidden. I have not run into this with any other users. Is there a way to 'unhide' all the features so they show up in the 'more' gallery? He is using the same license bundle the rest of us are.

I've searched other threads and haven't found an answer. I'm sure this is something simple.

Apologies for asking a lot more questions lately than I have been able to answer here.

Simple fix.

Click the role tab on the right side, changed his role to 'advanced' problem solved. Duh.
