All welded double angle connections 13th edition vs 14th edition

Anybody know why the angle size for all welded double angle connections went from L3x3 to L3 1/2x3 (Table 10-3) from AISC 13th edition to the 14th edition?

Where are you seeing the L3x3 in the 13th edition? I took a quick look at table 10-3 and the 13th and 14th edition seem to specify the same angles.

I just looked and it changed in the revisions and errata to the 4th printing of the 13th edition. But it doesn't include an explanation.
