Does anyone know the composition of Alloy 254?
What percentage of Au vs Ag and fillers?

From the following is a compositional range of Alloy 254 (stainless steel).

Carbon 0.02 max
Chromium 19.5 - 20.5
Copper 0.5 - 1
Iron Balance
Manganese 1 max
Molybdenum 6 - 6.5
Nickel 17.5 - 18.5
Nitrogen 0.18 - 0.22
Phosphorus 0.03 max
Silicon 0.8 max
Sulphur 0.01 max

These are the governing standards: ASTM A182 (F44), ASTM A240, ASTM A249, ASTM A269, ASTM A312, ASTM A469, ASTM A813, ASTM A814, and UNS S31254.

The standards may give you more information on fillers and/or tramp elements. However, you may have more luck contacting a supplier/manufacturer directly concerning the elements you are asking for. Typically, that information is in their hands.
