Alstom has come out with a new edition of their NPAG book( Net work protection and Application Guide). This can be down loaded from their site

by registering with them.Ask for 211 NEW NPAG. This is the latest version from the famous English Electric,later GEC Measurements,Areva T &D, book "Protection Relays Application Guide"first published in 1966.
