ALTERNATE MATERIAL REQUIREMENT FOR A234 WP11 1

Due to non-availability of material, required alternate material equivalent to 14" NPS A234 WP11 SCH 120 TEE.

You might be able to find similar in a slightly higher strength, WPHY-42

Is the material a problem, or is it actually the Sch 120 thickness that you can't find.

It is assumed that WP11 was specified for service conditions like high temperature or hydrogen service. In that case try WP22 or WP12.

have you looked at/into/for A182-F11 or F22 forged equivalents?

Thanks for your comments.

Service : Ultra High Pressure steam.

SCH 120 A234 WP11 is found as off spec. and not available presently.

Hence, planned to utilize WP12 SCH 80 on temporary basis till the proposed off spec. material arrival.

The thickness of the fixture is to be reduced by 9 mm, it is too in my opinion not risk the line to place said accessory designer see if you can make a graft tube 14 ".
Otherwise quoted by a tee in sch-160 which is more commercial.
