I’m looking for the fastest way to reach potential manufacturers. I’m concerned about my copyright…
Does an alternative way exist to protect my idea before present it to a potential manufacturer?

Yes, a Non Disclosure Agreement. However, many large companies no longer allow their minions to sign them without extensive oversight (for good reasons), so by asking for one, you will automatically limit your audience. For instance if you want me to sign an NDA I can, but it has to be countersigned by about 3 layers of management. I know why.

So far as I understand it copyright is instantaneous, how much faster do you need?

Are you concerned about copyright or patent?
Copyright is in effect (in USA) as soon as you put in fixed form (drawing).

Guys, I’m not inventor actually, at least today. Working on another thing (some practical research) I hit on an idea which could really improve some kind of maritime equipment. It’s not difficult, not expensive but can really help to avoid marine emergencies like some we are all recently heard.
I hope that some company could sponsor all formalities. But before offering I prefer to secure it, May be to file it a PPA and additionally sign NDA will be enough? I hope that the company with of world reputation will not cheat me. I believe that for them most important to get an idea and not to cheat an inventor.
But now it looks that I’m not right. May be I have to drop doing this? Is it worth to continue? If they would be agree to by how much it can cost? I do not know even how much I have to ask, could somebody give an example?

An approach we used was to file a preliminary patent. That doesn't provide much protection, it reveals your invention to the world, and it doesn't cost very much. I suggest you look at the "more like this" button above, to see other discussions of this. If I might draw a broad brush, patents aren't all that useful unless you have good lawyers.
