Alu Profile maximum hanging load? 2

Dear Community,

I am trying to build a structure using Aluminum Profiles using Item type standard. The structure is going to experience dynamic forces. My question is:

If I connect two 40x40 in a T-Fashion using a 8 Nut with an automatic connector, what is the maximum load this structure would bear without it getting ripped?

If you can't work it out and its failure could put somebody's health, safety, and/or property at risk, hire a structural engineer to do the analysis for you.

Can you answer this question for me: if I build a vehicle chassis out of steel, and weld it together with a butt weld using submerged arc welding, how long can I drive it before the windshield cracks?

My question has about as much detail as yours does. If you can answer mine, I'll take a shot at yours.
