I am looking for a thermoset or thermoplastic that will replace aluminum. It must have very close to the same properties as aluminum. A major characteristic is that it must have a low oxygen permeability. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks

Hello,
If you need strenght/stiffness I would go for something like Grivory 4-6H (I have done test and design with grivory and you can easily compare it to cast iron...very strong)
Offource depends how light the structure has to be or how strong.
