Hey all, new here and relatively new to thicker material cutting and trying to figure out how to get this cut to come out a little more smooth and a little less like someone let the gerbils outta the cage to chew it out of the sheet.

looks like gas pressure is too high and possibly cutting too slow or edge parameters are not good. what is the actual speed it is cutting, theres no way it gets up to 72/ipm in that short distance. you might need to use a medium contour condition i dont cut any mild steel so i cnat help with the actual settings but it would be slower less power and less duty. condition 2 looks a little better but power seems too high.
