Hello all, new here but have been lurking for quite some time. We have a 2005 FO-3015NT that has been quite troublesome to us. The previous owners didn't take care of it to much. Anyhow I'm trying to cut some 1/2" mild steel today and at first things started off decent but tapered off about halfway through the sheet. I'm having a really hard time with the pierce. It's bubbling up and with that I loose the cut. Nozzle is center with a decent lens, also the HS sensor program ran just fine. I didn't have any issues cutting some thinner mild last week with the same oxygen bottle. I have attached pictures of my cut condition pages. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you!!
