The problem is that the machine is not outputting an alarm when the assist gas pressure goes lower than that specified in the cut conditions.
If the gas is turned off or a bottle goes empty the machine will continue to cut.
I checked the NC Gas pressure sensor and it is working properly, the gas cxontroller board in the control pendant stand will alarm (led 2 on board comes on) but alarm is not output.
I checked parameters AGA, BMO, BMA but they are set correctly (not in maintenance mode)
Could use some suggestions

It depends on how old the machine is and what type it is. On punch laser machines the alarm doesn't really work. Try keep relay 5.5. I think one is enable and zero is off. Not too sure.

Not exactly sure of the year but approx 10 year old FO3015 (Gemini) with 160i control

there is more than one sensor, 2 up on the gantry, one is high pressure i think and the other low pressure, I believe the sensors for supply gas is underneath where the gases come in, but i could be wrong. I won't be to the job where we have the FO3015 until monday. There is a good gas piping diagram in the electrical/pneumatic schematic bundle, you just have to make sure you are looking at the right one for your setup. You maybe checking the wrong sensor. ours is a 2004 system, so probably very similar.

Sounds dumb but make sure your decimal point is in the right place in your conditions. I had an issue where instead of having a gas pressure of 0.08 it was set to 0.8. When it would switch to that condition it would fault out almost immediately.
