Amada FO-NT shuttle

Earlier this month I went to install a machine. The machine was in really good shape the individual who disconnected it did a good job.

The only problem, the shuttle table control box, with the PLC in it, did not ship with the machine. It is totally lost.

The reason for this post, I'm looking for a replacement control box. Is there someone out there who doesn't use their shuttle table?

Is there someone who knows of a machine being scrapped out?

I have gone through all the obvious solutions. The machine is a 2006. Amada does not have a replacement available.

I wonder if Amada might have a roster of those machines, where they are?
Other than that, maybe used machinery dealers?

In addition to control on the shuttle table posts there is an accessory you can put on the main controller podium. Has the safety curtain controls as well as the lift table and workset options.The hardware for controlling the table is built into the main controller. The table side itself only has up down buttons for the lift table and an E stop with a few limit switches to tell controller table height.

Thanks for the replies. I realized I may need to be more clear.

The standard Amada FO-3015 NT is essentially 3 machines in one. The Fanuc laser that generates the beam, the Fanuc control for the motion system and all the valves switches and buttons that make the cutting magic happen, and the shuttle table.

The shuttle table has its own brain, computer, PLC. For example, When you press "work set ready" on the shuttle table control pendant, the signal goes to the PLC and that raises the table or lowers the table, depending, the PLC confirms the tale it all the way up or all the way down. It checks to make sure the pins are in locking the table, checks that the light curtain around the work area is in the correct state and probably a few other things. When the PLC confirms everything is ready, it sends one signal to the Fanuc control that says "ready".

The box that contains this shuttle PLC,relays, motor starters, wires, terminal strips, is what I am looking for.

I had to replace a power supply in the resonator cabinet on our 2006 Amada FO-3015 NT.
They seem to have some decommissioned machines at their facility, that they sell parts off of.
