Hello, recently installed a preowned Amada FO3015 4kW . The resonator was redone and new lens but can’t seem to the edge I’m looking for on some oxygen cut steel. Pictures are the current settings using E4. It’s close to the factory settings. 3/16” HRS. Can anyone tell me how to improve this edge? I feel like I’m missing something….my LC2415 cuts perfectly but I can’t seem to get the conditions right on the FO. Appreciate your help on this!

You should go nitrogene for 7ga. I Usé to Usé oxygène but now much easier for that thickness.
I even Usé nitrogene for 1/4.

Try increasing the focus in increments of .010” and I would recommend dropping the gas pressure down. .1 is high for oxygen. Also a smaller nozzle. We usually use a 1.0 on hrs
