Amada laser M100 and M104 not completed cycle

I have Amada laser cutting
1- When I execute m100 machine didn't move b axis to any position
2- when I execute m104
a) z axis move down to zero
b) laser shutter didn't close

Can any one help me for that

what kind of laser does it have? does the machinery work well before? "follow start height" what value does it have? and the "z retract"?
usually, you can move the b axis without activating m100 (Opens the mechanical shutter and enables laser operations).
M104 (Cancels M103 mode, turns laser beam off, and retracts head to safe
height.) try to write m104 z50,and watch what happens.
in the material parameter page is "head" set correctly?

Try using M101 after your last M104. This means turn laser operation OFF. Then have a G50 (Home Return)
