sorry to cover this again, does anyone know where i can find or borrow some cut condition data for a Amada Lc 3015 XI NT 4kw? there are several conditions loaded into the machine but ones we do not use a lot, tried cutting 15mm mild steel and had a hard time trying to adjust the settings, had to use a 12mm setting and adjust to suit the 15mm thickness, if we had some data books we could refer to i believe things would be a lot easier. if there is anyone out there who could help or know someone who could help it would be much appreicated. Post a picture of your cut conditions so i can compare with ours.
What nozzle do you use?
Any picture of the cut parts?

im not there at the moment but soon as I'm back at work on thursday i will get some info and pictures, the parts wasn't cutting all the way through and was welded into the sheet, loads of slag underneath. cut some 8mm mild steel with no problem at all, was happy until lunch time came, a nitrogen hose had split causing a loud bang and lots of dust filling the factory floor, that was fixed, and the bed of the machine was locked on to the bed locker which would not release causing a alarm on the machine which wouldn't remove. problem after problem with this machine.

It's important to not move the outer table when it's at switch hight. If you moved it you have too look at monitor menu and the view where you see the table pos. Move the chain close too 0.
How long is it since last service of the machine optics?
Where in europe are you location?

i see what you mean now, amada have been out and solved the problem and shown us the monitor menu, very handy, I'm not too sure as to when the the optics were last serviced, i shall try find out

problem with the 15mm was that i was using europe grade material on japans feeds and speeds, simply installed new cut data and a few tweaks of the focus and speeds and we was cutting sound.

overall.. don't try save money by paying some one to train people over 1 day who don't know what they are doing, spend the money with the right people and all problems will be solved. or nearly haha
